This website is operated by Tidify (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By visiting tidify.shop (the “Site”) and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service (“Terms”).

Please read these Terms carefully before accessing or using our website. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services.

General Store Conditions

  • By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state, province, or country of residence.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
  • You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service without express written permission by us.

Products & Pricing

  • All prices are listed in US dollars (USD).
  • Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
  • We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
  • We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.
  • We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction.

Order Accuracy & Billing Information

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store, including your email address, shipping address, and payment details, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

Payment Methods & Processing

We accept card payments (Visa, Mastercard), Apple Pay and Google Pay through our crypto checkout, and supported cryptocurrencies.

A. Card Payments via Crypto Checkout

Card, Apple Pay and Google Pay payments are processed by independent, licensed third-party checkout providers (such as MoonPay, Transak, Banxa, Ramp or similar) through VERIFIED Crypto Checkout. The provider converts your payment and settles it to us in USDC. Please note:

  • The provider may ask you to verify your identity before completing the payment. This verification is performed by the provider under its own terms and privacy policy; we do not receive or store your ID documents.
  • The provider may charge its own processing fee, which is displayed before you confirm the payment.
  • Your card statement will show the provider’s name, not “Tidify”.
  • You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use any payment card(s) or payment method(s) utilized in connection with any purchase.

B. Cryptocurrency Payments

If you choose to pay using cryptocurrency (e.g., Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, USDC, or other supported digital assets via integrated crypto gateways):

  1. Irreversibility: You acknowledge and agree that blockchain and cryptocurrency transactions are inherently irreversible. Once a cryptocurrency payment is broadcast to the network, it cannot be canceled, recalled, or reversed by us or any third party.
  2. Exchange Rates & Conversion Window: Cryptocurrency exchange rates fluctuate rapidly. The crypto amount payable for an order is generated dynamically at checkout and is locked for a limited time window (as specified during checkout). You must complete the transaction within this window. We are not responsible for price variations caused by delays in transaction confirmation on the blockchain network.
  3. Correct Wallet & Network: You are solely responsible for sending the exact specified token to the correct wallet address via the correct blockchain network (e.g., sending USDT via TRC-20 vs. ERC-20). We are not responsible for funds lost due to incorrect network transfers or mistyped recipient addresses.
  4. Underpayments / Overpayments: Orders will only be processed once the exact full amount required is received. In cases of underpayment due to network gas fees or processing errors, the order will remain pending until the remaining balance is settled.

C. Fraud Prevention

Identity verification, where required, is performed by the third-party checkout provider at the time of payment. We may ask you to confirm your order details (order number, email address, shipping address) before shipping or issuing a refund. We reserve the right to cancel suspicious orders; in that case you will receive a full refund as described in our Return Policy.

D. Payment Disputes

If you have any issue with your order, please contact us first at — we aim to resolve most issues within 48 hours. Filing a chargeback or payment dispute for a received order with your card issuer or the checkout provider, without first contacting us, may result in suspension of your ability to purchase from our store.

Shipping & Order Fulfillment

  • Products are shipped according to our fulfillment schedules. Delivery times provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
  • If we are unable to ship your order within the stated processing time, we will notify you and give you the option to cancel your order for a full refund (see our Shipping Policy).
  • We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by customs processing, weather conditions, global logistics disruptions, or incorrect address information provided by the customer.
  • For orders shipped to the United States, all import duties and taxes are included in our prices. For orders shipped to other countries, any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or local clearance fees assessed by destination authorities are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy

A. Standard Returns

Our policy regarding standard product returns and order cancellations is outlined in our primary Return Policy. Items must be returned unused and in original packaging within the designated return window.

B. Refunds

Because all payments on our store are settled in USDC, refunds for all orders are calculated in US dollars based on the price paid for the products at the time of purchase (not the current market value of any cryptocurrency) and issued in USDC or store credit, at the customer’s choice, as described in our Return Policy. Refunds cannot be returned to the card used for payment. Fees charged by third-party checkout providers are not refundable by Tidify.

Third-Party Links & Tools

Certain content, products, and services available via our Service may include materials from third parties. Third-party links on this site may direct you to third-party websites that are not affiliated with us. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy and we do not warrant and will not have any liability or responsibility for any third-party materials or websites.

Prohibited Uses

In addition to other prohibitions as set forth in the Terms of Service, you are prohibited from using the site or its content:

  • For any unlawful purpose;
  • To solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts;
  • To violate any international, federal, or local regulations, rules, or laws;
  • To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others;
  • To upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code;
  • To collect or track the personal information of others or to spam, phish, pharm, or scrape.

Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer of Warranties

We do not guarantee, represent, or warrant that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Tidify, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, suppliers, or service providers be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any rights you have as a consumer under the mandatory laws of your country or state of residence.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Tidify and our affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, and suppliers from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service.

Severability & Entire Agreement

In the event that any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms.

These Terms of Service and any policies or operating rules posted by us on this site constitute the entire agreement and understanding between you and us.

Updates to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify, update, or revise this Policy at any time to reflect changes in our business operations, technical infrastructure, legal requirements, or regulatory standards.
